They receive relevant information via the Trip TrApp.
Every now and then they miss a turn on their way.
Then they can count on TriCo (Trip Trap Coordination).
Registered management can request help from Trico via the Trip TrApp based on a correct mobile number.
This puts them back on the right track to continue their journey.
